Don't care what Roger has said about him and David never really being friends in later interviews. It's totally obvious from these photos (and many others) that they were clearly best of friends for a good period of time.

A good and underrated album. All of these pictures make me want to grow up in the past when times were like this...

Great pics. Standard early '70s attire, tight jeans, Converse shoes, the occasional turtleneck....and all of them having fun, before egos took over just about 8 years later.

Did they play this on the Dark Side of the Moon tours? I have a vintage music book of Dark Side and this song is in there as well. First time listening, this is excellent.

@Bugs Bunny I am sorry you never got a chance to see Floyd live.I was fortunate to seem them in 1987,1994 and Dave Gilmour's solo Tour in 2016 was equally amazing. Thankfully we have DVD's right? Get yourself some of them a big TV screen and some good speakers cranked loud and it'll be the next best thing :)

I remember finding this on vinyl for the first time. Knew it came out between Meddle and DSotM but thought it was just a throw away soundtrack album as I had never heard anything from it (back in the radio days kids when that was your only option). I was shocked and surprised at how simple and GOOD it was. still one of my favs to listen and play too.

I bought this record when it was released way back when. It has always remained one of my favorite albums. Who knew back then that the very next album 1 year later would be Dark Side of the Moon?? Anyway, this album is brilliant in a very laid back and relaxing way.
