I listened to fireflies when I was going through a rough time, a time where I didn’t know what to make when it came to art. I was so scared of myself. I hated my brain, because i knew that I could do big things, but i thought that I couldn’t. So I do believe I related to that song because I think in a way it means that you’re running from something but you still look back at it and want to fix it. I had to stop crying and beating myself up and practice for hours and hours before I could get better. I was so busy focusing on all my insecurities and how i thought everything was so hard that I barely had the time to focus on what was really important, Looking back at it all and trying to make myself better.

I hope Damon understands we appreciate him and Jamie so much.

A long time ago, when I was thinking back on how people say their art isnt good, I had a thought.There is no such thing as good or bad art. This goes for music too.Good or bad art/music is based off of peoples opinions. Some like it, some dont, it's all about personal preferences of what is pleasurable to the eye/ear.So basically, all those peeps out there who think their stuff isnt good. Seems a lot of people are split about Humanz. I don't get why people hate on it, I really respect Damon for trying something new, it gives the album a special vibe for me. In a very good way. The tracks are entertaining, fun, and REALLY catchy and REEEEEEAAALY good!! Some other people have pointed this out, and it's that some people have only listened to some of their older tracks. They really don't realize that Gorillaz is an Indie band, they make whatever the hell they want. Plus, I think the reason that Damon hired so many collaborators is that he needed a little break from Plastic Beach. Hell, he took a 7 year hiatus, who could blame him?! To me, Humanz was a reminder that Gorillaz is goddamn back and with it, one of their most unique and best albums.

I love all the albums idk why so much hate, yes i gueds tgere is a bunch of different and unisual stuff the the older stuff but i still enjoy and love all the songs both old and new ones.

The only songs I liked on the humanz abulm was Strobelite, Saturnz Barz, Let me out, Sleeping powder, We got the power, Andromenda, The Aprentice, and Momentz. The rest were just bizzare.

It would be nice to hear some change up in the sound of your video, though you do when quoting it can be grating and it doesn't sound less like you. I like that you differentiate by sound, but in instances where people love the music, hearing you say it after so much of your voice can have a poor effect on your own perception especially by dragging it. Where it feels like you say it more slowly when you do the autotuning. As far as cutting your time short it isn't worthwhile aside from gaining followers, if people know they like you they'll obviously watch. So I think it's good that you took your time and with more people shorter videos will just incentivize them to watch your longer videos to a degree. I might even say that you took too little time. If you want to be effective you should link two or three songs into one video ************(potentially thematically or try to make a shot in the dark connection of why they are in the same album or why they are in the numerical position that they are in because this is seldom accidental no matter how 'quickly' a project is thrown together p.s. even accidental it is natural, your brain will complete a picture of an idea of something as you try to draw it just exaggerating the lines unless you are move familiar with where you are going (taking less time usually means they are inspired even if the album is not well received and if it supersedes an album that did poorly of course an artist feels like they have more to say and perhaps feels misunderstood depending on how obvious something is if people have known you to be vague for deciding they were not alluding to more than you would guess (though you're right on the stress and self-esteem blows, it is complete bullshit that we pedestal people so we can topple them over)))***************, but a whole album is such a generalization that while it is clear that you do enjoy their music, it can be easily missed in your sides venture of history, the brief clips of the artist, and your brief comments on not liking some of their work. The other audio in the video is low and breeds the type of atmosphere that causes long sessions of a single voice to be off-putting. I see that you did try to balance these with the same elements that I find could be adjusted, but it could really use some fine-tuning. Also, maybe a personal thing, but the pictures of you are just weird. I understand wanting the exact position, but it would come off better drawn or if you were actually part of the video instead of these looming still figures that feel out of place. To freeze frame on a moment is just a smoother transition though. I'm just doing the thing I wish someone would have done for me, you sound like you like this. Feel free to justify or expand on your position if you're bored enough to reply to or read this. Oh and reviews and analysis, your opinion isn't really on the grading rubric your interpretation is, but that's a pet peeve.

To clarify me not using interpretation and opinion as the same thing. The difference of doing the work versus saying how you feel about the work.... Maybe not a better description, but it was poor advertising for me. Honestly you just got stuck with me because I was curious of what your opinion was though I ended up not exactly liking your opinion, your video wasn't bad, but it wasn't good for me either. So maybe people would be drawn in for the same reason, but you didn't gain a listener so nothing gained nothing lost.
