I'm one of the original ravers from early 1990s. Rave / happy hardcore just blew me away. I only liked the Prodigy up until 1993/94. Then nasty jungle and dumb and bass kicked in, and those halcyon Rave days of 91/92/93 were over..... such a shame. Of course some people are Prodigy fans through and through. But their first era & first LP was just so far ahead of the rest. Every single track on Experience is a GEM. You can't say that about any of their other LPs..... Some people of a different generation mention the summer of love in 1967. Well the only place for me where Rave / Dance music was SO FAR ahead of its time, and in a different planet was the summer of 92 - where anything seemed possible. But if you werent there..... you wouldnt know.

I saw these guys LIVE for the first time back in 1991/1992 when they toured the ‘states’ and came down from England. Such a treat to experience that in person but the rest was history. These guys are Technohead gods forever!!
