in my opinion, shinee is the first group to break out into being global worthy in that they were the first ones to transition totally out of that signature kpop vibe that SNSD and SuJu had. They didnt stick to that pop feel of the pre mamacita and i got a boy kpop. they're the most well-rounded group even when matched with the current groups. they're so versatile and could perform anything the company put them up to. I believe that they were the ones that paved way for the current halyu wave to make it big worldwide. it's just too bad that they're underrated in the global scene. given the chance by the company to create a global release these guys would crush BTS or blackpink.

So many people thought that shinee is underrated (maybe for youtube views) but they fill-up tokyo dome for 3 days concert easily

They never got the concept that SHINee has an older demographic for fans. The kind of demographic that can pay to spend for concerts, merch and CDs. That's why even when we can't devote time to watch MVs all day. We can devote money to spend on what keeps their careet going.
