Still number one in 2019
As a old member of The Down Child Blues Band up here in Toronto Canada we just loved his work. Robert get your ass back up here brother. From The Rev Tommy Williams.
Marvin Gaye didn't have anything on Robert.Except he was also an excellent guitar player.
I just ran across this song.Where have i been?Little green bag brought me hear!
Naw you think u r. But actually you are used up. Oops.
can't get enough of it, great!
Brilliant man, thank you so much for it!
Solid!
That son of a bitch Shaggy ripped this tune off... "It wasn't me"....fk you Shaggy,
Might be the saddest song I have ever heard. Dolly Parton would like this one.
"...in the silence I can hear their breaking hearts."
Top notch album and the talent still rings 2018 - you should have this in your car!!
450 likes ? It's because of me...

Ahh you all remember the fateful night your neighbours wife, girl, missus significant other needed some good loving, doesn't mean there wasn't any. no wonder humans are so fickle.😚 are you a mind reader.

In the end, although the delivery is somewhat pop, this is the blues man.....really a sad song in the end. See lyrics.

Love this song, my kids love it more and weren't even born when this album came out. Classic song we sing when we go on holiday road trips.
6 people are fighting next door.
I use to play this song when I was younger. I have always loved all kinds of music. When it's good, it's good , then and now. What memories for me. Its weird music takes u right back to that moment in time. I really enjoy music. Please listen to Marie Osmond's new song , Music is Medicine and the other songs and videos I think u all will be very surprised. Its really good and she looks fantastic. And by the way so Does Donny Osmond her brother he is on tour and doing a new CD. Like I said when it is good it's good. Have a great day every one.
What kind of mad bastard gave this a thumbs down??
Eric Clapton brought me here!!! Love this!!!
This album was The ONLY One we listened to all the way to The Kentucky Derby (from Detroit) years (and years!) ago. My Dearest Friend KC, may he rest in peace (I miss you daily, my lovely friend), had Everything to do with that 'decision'; funny thing, I'm more grateful for KC's 'forgetting' to bring all our tunes - cassettes, btw - today than I was back then. Listening and loving this album till we nearly puked, along with the adventures we shared on that Derby Trip, sure made for cherished memories. Side note: we went to the Derby for about 10 years in a row; I took charge of the music after this year. Still, this was probably the favorite one of all. If only you could have known KC; he was the best! So is Robert Cray, imo.
Listen to Bettye LaVette's cover, also produced by Dennis Walker! Genius song pairing.
un vrai bluesman ; un marocain
bang on
One of my favorites !
He's plucking my heartstrings.
He's plucking my heartstrings.
Hear your breaking heart.
