Ever since you dropped that, followed by Kyle Tree, I assumed you had stopped doing music, and so I thought for the following seven years. For some reason, I figured you were fed up with music or something and it made me really sad because I've always believed you were great and deserved more recognition. Today I was browsing through your old Soundcloud once again and noticed for the first time the links on the side of the page, and the next thing I know you're on a new project that's doing great! And the most important thing is that you look like you're enjoying yourself working on it. It might be a different style, but I can definitely discern the little vibes you used to go with and that you've carried on.It really makes me happy to see you succeed. Back when I first listened to your music I was a young teenager with many problems and no hope; you might remember me, since I pestered you on a Soundcloud PM to say how much your music meant to me in broken English. Now I'm a young adult and my life is so much brighter, I'm happier than what I ever thought could be possible. This is a fantastic pop track and it's great hearing Kyle finally spotlight his vocal talents, but I still think of Grey as an electronic act and by those standards all of these new songs really fall short of the mark. I don't know if they're at all interested in returning to those roots, but knowing the quality of their sound design, instrumentation and experimental creativity, I hope to hear at least a few more production-focused songs from them. The Chameleon EP and all the early remixes are incredible beyond compare.
