anyone knows what technique of this background pict? seems like blended 2 pictures

from a photographer's perspective i see this was taken when the body of water with the tiled colours with pennies with the reflection of a hand at a certain angle. This is called double exposure usually achieved from reflected surfaces (naturally) but also can be edited with two or more pictures.

Sareee Uranage Probably made a picture of his/her arm at a certain angle so that the reflected camera wouldn't be in the shot.You could also get a picture of an arm like this, cut it out, lower the opacity ^^

Almost right! I took it with an old school film camera. It's a shot of a fountain, then on that same section of film I took a shot of a hand
