Very, very comforting song Such a beautiful voice.

My Grandfather passed away last month at the age of 92. He born in 1926, so he would of been 24 in 1950 when I believe Elvis has coming up. I had never been much of an Elvis dan, I was born in 1972, so he was dead by the time I was born, however I started listening to him because of this song and PaPa's fondness for him, which I never knew about.

What is the very rare part? I mean I've seen these pictures and heard this very version of the song dozens of times.

I am 48 ears old, Elvis is 40 years dead. Still when I listen to him I feel something of pain and a why.. Why could nobody safe him. Look after him better than they did. Now I know how do you protect a man called Elvis from himself... But I feel it to this day, what a waste. I truly love him..

I was a young man when Elvis died... a lot of kids today didn't know what a personality he was and the talent he had.. music has changed a great deal since then , I bought a book that is a collectors book almost like a photo album with many photos and news clips it has a serial number and hey maybe someday it will be worth more money...but I didn't get this book for that reason more so to have it as a token of the person that every man wanted to be LOL and every woman at the time wanted or at least admired.He will always be the KING OF ROCK AND ROLL...

In my 78 years there has never been anyone who could convey raw emotion like Elvis. Sadly, voices like his no longer exist. Those of you who lived in the 50's and 60's know what I mean. Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr, Dino, Andy Williams, Perry Como. Those were voices to remember and continue to live but only with a select few.. If younger generations only knew and appreciated what we had in those days.
