yeah, "back in the day" ha, Dave Matthews was loved by (and yes he still is) but it was different, well, he played solo a lot back then and lets just say every guy wanted to be him (i know i did) and every girl wanted to be with him. That being said i Love MOOCHI IN VELVET'S comment cause ifeel that way too, especially wit this song. In particular this video. Stop and think for a moement that you wrote a song. Now go one step further, imagine you wrote that song and could sing quite well, Imagine that the song you wrote was loved by millions of people. Finally, imagine the joy it would give you to hear 60-100 thousand people or whatever singing YOUR SONG back to Y0U. THE one you wrote. Well, i think it has to be a pretty amazing feeling and Ed sure seems to be having fun. Which makes him all the more enjoyable. What a feeling.
