Dear Demi, I felt like you million times, I was down, and every time I say to myself, "why me? nothing matters, nobody cares about me", but you know what? Whe are here to do something beautiful for us with our power, but nobody's power. I had so many fights with me, and still have, but I realized that only me can do something, so do something or everything for You! You have this power! I was raised by my mother, all my life I was dreaming doing music, depression a lot of times...I started by myself believe again in me, and was great, I was positive and everything, but after I was down again, when I was found out that my father was dead and was looking for him but was too late...depression again. After this I said no more, I am powerfull. But growing up and not be able to do music in my country, made me more depressed, because music is the only thing for me that could help me fight with this depression, insecurities...I just need do make music, and that is it. My soul need this, I feel like I am in this world just to do music. So, maybe you will read this, remember, you are here to do music, because you are great, perfect for this, you help people with your music, you have the power to stand up and say I am fighting for me! Because at the end of the day it is only you that can have the power to do you life the best! Only You! God is with you all the time, and if you think that he gave you hard things in life, if just to prepare you for something better, believe me! Love from Romania!

I didn’t think I was going to cry so hard but I did when I heard this beautiful song.

I attempted suicide in 2017. It’s the biggest mistake I’ve ever made in my whole life. People need to know that killing yourself will not solve your problems. It’s stupid and selfish. You’re hurting the people that care about you. If you’re going through this get help ASAP. Talk to someone and if they offer you help take it. DON’T ignore it and think it goes away on its own because it doesn’t. It makes it worse and worse until you have a final breaking point. It does get better if you let it. Talking helps out a lot. Get a pet, watch Friends for like 5 months straight. It will make you happy. Depression is a serious thing especially when it comes to thinking about suicide. It’s not worth it. Love you Demi. ❤️ hope you’re doing ok.

Aw...Paul Williams certainly hears and understands you Demi. He looked so sad. I can understand it. I'm sure for him it's like looking at his own struggles with alcoholism and drugs in his early days. For those of you who don't know him 4:18 he most likely was a big part of your youth.
