I loveded my teachers too but we were too young.

I was born six years after this song came out. However, a certain shopping center in North Carolina used to play it (and other Rod Stewart songs) all the time around 2006 or so. That's when I first started to appreciate Rod, especially his "Great American Songbook" CDs. I'm mostly a Broadway and classical fan, but "Maggie May" is a great song.
