people think sampling is so easy.they just see it as copying.sampling itself isn't the most difficult thing to do.what's difficult to do is the whole process of thinking about sampling this song and turning it into another song.once the song is already done, it's easy to be like "shit he just sampled it, i could have done that"but could you think about sampling that part of the original song before timbo does it?sampling requires a lot of vision and you have to know where you wanna go with that sample, it's not that sample.people who know shit just see it as copying.
